At a glance: core AdminPulse data is stored only on the user’s device or on a server independently configured by the user. TAUSOFT does not sell data, display advertising, or receive device diagnostics. Google Play processes subscription payments.
1. General
This Privacy Policy explains how the AdminPulse mobile application (the “App”), developed by TAUSOFT (the “Developer”), handles user information.
AdminPulse is designed to manage and monitor domain names, hosting services, servers, IP addresses, tasks, notes, and related technical information. The App follows a local-storage and self-hosted architecture: core data is stored on the user’s device and/or on a server selected, configured, and controlled by the user.
The Developer does not provide centralized cloud storage for core AdminPulse data and does not ordinarily have access to information stored on the user’s device or self-hosted server.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to the use of AdminPulse, including local account registration, connection to a user-controlled server, notification configuration, and purchases of a paid subscription through Google Play.
This Policy does not govern third-party servers, hosting providers, notification providers, or other services independently connected by the user. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
3. Information That May Be Processed
3.1. Account Information
Registration may be required to use the App. Account information, such as a username, email address, password, or other credentials, is stored locally on the user’s device and/or on the user’s server.
The Developer does not automatically receive this information and does not store it on a centralized Developer-operated server. The user is responsible for server configuration, backups, and protection of account credentials.
3.2. Information Entered into AdminPulse
Depending on the features used, the App may store:
- domain names, registrars, registration dates, and renewal dates;
- hosting providers, plans, payment deadlines, and related details;
- server information, IP addresses, ports, control-panel addresses, and availability status;
- tasks, reminders, notes, FAQs, and other user-created content;
- contact or organizational information voluntarily entered by the user;
- notification settings, API keys, tokens, or other credentials for services selected by the user.
All such information is stored on the user’s device and/or the user-configured server. The Developer does not use it for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
3.3. Device and Technical Information
AdminPulse does not transmit the device IP address, device model, operating-system version, advertising identifiers, activity logs, or other device diagnostics to the Developer, unless a future version expressly discloses otherwise in an updated Policy.
Normal network communications between the user’s device and the user’s server may technically expose network metadata to that server or its hosting provider. This occurs between the user and infrastructure selected by the user, not for the Developer’s benefit.
3.4. Purchase and Subscription Information
Paid subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Payment credentials, including full bank-card details, are processed by Google and are not provided to the Developer.
To verify access to paid features, Google Play may provide the App or the Developer with limited transaction information, such as a product identifier, purchase or subscription status, purchase token, purchase date, expiration period, or renewal status. This information is used only to validate subscriptions, restore purchases, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with Google Play requirements.
Google’s processing of payments is governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policies.
4. Notifications
AdminPulse may provide local or push notifications concerning payment deadlines, domain expiration, server availability, tasks, and other events configured by the user.
Where push notifications rely on keys, tokens, accounts, or servers supplied or configured by the user, the user independently selects the service provider and determines the purpose and content of the notifications. The Developer does not control those keys, receive notification content, or operate the infrastructure selected by the user.
Notifications can be disabled in AdminPulse or in the device operating-system settings.
5. Purposes of Processing
Information within the App is processed to:
- create and maintain an account on the user’s device or server;
- display, edit, synchronize, and back up information according to user settings;
- monitor deadlines, statuses, and availability of resources entered by the user;
- create reminders and notifications;
- validate, activate, and restore a paid subscription;
- provide technical support at the user’s request;
- maintain security and prevent unauthorized use of paid features.
6. Legal Bases
Depending on the jurisdiction and processing activity, processing may be based on performance of a contract, user consent, legitimate interests in maintaining App security and support, or compliance with legal obligations.
Because core data is stored on user-controlled infrastructure, a user may act as a data controller for information about other individuals entered into AdminPulse. In that case, the user is responsible for having an appropriate legal basis, providing required notices, and complying with applicable law.
7. Sharing and Disclosure
The Developer does not sell, rent, or disclose core user data to advertising networks, data brokers, or other third parties for marketing purposes.
Limited sharing or access may occur only in the following circumstances:
- Google Play, for purchase processing, subscription verification, and compliance with store requirements;
- server, hosting, database, or notification providers independently selected and connected by the user;
- public authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by law, court order, or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and legitimate interests.
8. Advertising and Tracking
AdminPulse contains no advertising. The Developer does not use user information for personalized advertising, advertising profiling, or sale to advertisers.
The App does not transmit advertising identifiers or cross-service tracking data to the Developer.
9. Retention and Deletion
The user determines how long core data is retained because it is stored on the user’s device and/or server. It may remain until the user deletes it, deletes the account, clears the App’s data, or removes it from the server.
Users can delete their account and associated data through AdminPulse. When using a self-hosted server, the user should also review and, where appropriate, remove backups, logs, or copies retained on the server or by the hosting provider.
Purchase-related information may be retained by Google or the Developer for as long as necessary to validate subscriptions, maintain accounting records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
10. Security
AdminPulse is designed with data minimization and access separation in mind. However, no method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
The user is responsible for securing the self-hosted server, using HTTPS/TLS, maintaining current server software, choosing strong passwords, creating backups, applying access controls, protecting API keys, and installing security updates.
Users should not send passwords, private keys, access tokens, or complete database backups to the Developer unless strictly necessary for a specific support request and separately agreed.
11. User Rights
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal information, object to processing, and withdraw consent.
Most actions can be completed directly within the App or on the user’s server. Questions concerning purchase data, support information, or other information potentially held by the Developer may be sent to tausofts@gmail.com.
To protect the user, the Developer may request verification of identity or account ownership before fulfilling a request.
12. Children’s Privacy
AdminPulse is intended for users aged 13 and older. The App is not directed to children under 13, and the Developer does not knowingly collect their personal information.
Where the law of the user’s country requires parental or guardian consent for a user of a particular age, such consent must be obtained before using the App or purchasing a subscription.
If the Developer learns that a child below the permitted age has submitted personal information without valid consent, reasonable steps will be taken to delete information under the Developer’s control.
13. International Data Transfers
The Developer does not determine where core AdminPulse data is stored. The user selects the server location. If a server, hosting provider, or notification service is located in another country, the user independently initiates that transfer and is responsible for assessing its lawfulness and safeguards.
Google may process purchase information in multiple countries in accordance with its infrastructure, terms, and privacy policies.
14. Links and Third-Party Services
AdminPulse may contain links, control-panel addresses, or integrations with third-party resources. The Developer does not control those resources and is not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.
Users should review the relevant privacy policy and terms before transmitting information to a third-party service.
15. Changes to This Policy
The Developer may update this Policy when AdminPulse features, Google Play requirements, or applicable laws change. An updated version becomes effective on the date shown at the beginning of the document.
For material changes, the Developer may provide notice through the App, the app-store listing, or another reasonable channel. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Policy, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
